0.3.2 Progress

Hi,

So a lot of the core of 0.3.2 is written. I'm doing the user end website right now and then I'll mark a test version. It's missing a couple of things right now.

1) The Worker control page. The rest of it is written and has test cases. 2) Separate the mining page and control page. This is for two reasons. a) Separating the mining and control page makes it easier to control access to mining versus access to the control interface b) Speed. Not having flask be in the way for the mining interface gives a nice speed boost.
