bitHopper Gevent Migration

This weekend I migrated bitHopper from eventlet to gevent. The actual requests per second got a lot faster. There were some issues with threading, resource allocation and gevent networking issues since I removed some pools and actually started using threading.

The big issue is hard to solve though. We're now so fast that we trip pool's ddos protections. So if you pump 2GH/s through it pools lag us out.

I guess we need to add multiple workers or a rate limiter.
