Networking Changes

Hi,

So over the last couple days I spent a lot of time trying to get the socket spamming under control since we were causing kernel panics on some linux. The end result is that we should have it fixed. It turns out that 0.3.1.5 was stable before I started doing LP fixes so I backported the networking engine to it.

Also I made some improvements to btcnet_info to use less sockets and updated it to have the latest info.
