WrapUp

Hi,

So I decided to write a quick wrapup post. The most obvious thing that happened this semester was a lot of progress on 0.3.2. It's mostly full featured and once I add back in the 0.3.1 webgui it's going to start getting deployed on a couple of farms.

Its a much nicer design, we have lots of test cases and the code is highly modular. Hopefully it will be finished by the end of the summer and I can focus on more advanced features involving the DHT and LP's.
