See AllStill not working
After what I thought was correctly rebuilding SimTK, MolModel and OpenMM from source, things still aren't working. I'm starting to become exasperated. I've made a few posts on the SimTK website, so hopefully they will be able to help me get everything running.
More issues
So it seems I have finally gotten OpenMM to work properly, but I had to do some fishy stuff that might cause problems down the road. But now I find that I need to rebuild SimTK and MolModel from source because the default build is not compatible with a build of OpenMM. So more nonsense before actual work can be done.
Trouble with OpenMM build
In order to utilize OpenMM in my code, I have to build binaries for it from source code. For some reason I'm running into a lot of trouble doing it. This is going to cause some delays. I could use a hand with this if anyone would be willing to help out.
